Octomat Eco is an automatic discharge station for octabins and big-bag sacks. With the bag-lifting automation, the wall inside the bag/octabin is moved up and down; the bag narrows and the seam at the edge is forced to flow toward the central suction point. When discharge is complete the octabin is lifted from the floor — full emptying with no material remaining.
The vibrating suction head loosens the bulk material and makes it free-flowing; it breaks up agglomerates. Once the operator brings the octabin with a pallet truck and connects the bag/sack, automatic suction continues without supervision. Stainless-steel construction, powder-coated.
The bag-lifting automation moves the inner wall up and down; material flows to the central suction point. At the end of discharge the octabin is lifted — no granules remain, full emptying guaranteed. No manual handling, lifting, tilting or rotation required.
The suction head loosens bulk material by floating and vibrating; it breaks up clumped, locked raw materials and makes them free-flowing. All free-flowing materials can be sucked. Type-S suction head + Q38/50 mm stainless-steel transport pipe.
The lifting ring is equally suitable for BIG-BAG hanging tips and foil inserts. All foil-lined octabins + FIBC/woven boxes + big-bag-type sacks. SOS, Clean and Powder OKTOMAT series handle angular, powdery or fibrous difficult materials.
9 height levels on the ECO-L model, 4 levels on ECO-H. Easy switch from a low octabin to a high one. Lifting cylinder: ECO-L 800 mm, ECO-H 1000 mm. Extension set: ECO-L max 2960 mm / ECO-H max 3900 mm.
Q600 mm stainless-steel universal lifting attachment for foil inserts and Big-Bag loops. Bag-lifting force adjustable steplessly up to 1500 N (150 kg). Octabin lifting ring usable in Q300/400/800 mm sizes.
No personnel required, space saving, maintenance-free, minimal operating cost. Options: residual-emptying time control, second OKTOMAT for automatic changeover, XL-80 stainless special suction head + Q38/50/80 transport pipe, extra weight for S-38/50, pneumatic or vibration-type vibrator, PVC cover, mobile frame, 300 mm base unit.
